Beinda Filippelli’s debut solo show is a fearless, funny, and deeply personal ride through sex, grief, family chaos, and survival. With her razor-sharp New York voice and unapologetic honesty, Belinda turns trauma into laughter therapy, inviting the audience to heal right along with her. From vibrator malfunctions to funeral absurdities to the trials of dating over 40, The Heart Mind C*nt Connection proves there’s nothing we can’t laugh about.
Adam Flood: Life and Death of the Party / September 4 / The Back Room of The Star Inn, guildford
Standup performed over big electronic beats. A show about Adam’s vanishing nightlife. Adam, from Stoke-on-Trent, was once a teenage drug dealer, then an indie rockstar, and now a comedian. In 2025 his debut stand-up show was released by the BBC. In 2026, he ran, sober, full speed into a closed glass door. As seen on BBC and ITV.

A brand new work-in-progress hour which dives into the chaos of growing up then versus growing up now. Through sharp stories and musical comedy, Abi unpacks the nostalgia, nonsense and “how did any of us survive that?” memories that shaped us – and the wild differences between the childhood she had and the childhood kids have today. Fast, funny, and painfully relatable.
